Actively "bring in" to better "go out"

The world today is an open world, and domestic instrumentation companies cannot build cars behind closed doors. Only by learning from each other and learning from each other can we continue to improve and shorten the gap with well-known instrumentation companies.
Instrument enterprises should take the opportunity of the fortieth anniversary of reform and opening up, conform to the trend of deep integration of China's economy into the world economy, actively improve the level and level of opening up of instrument manufacturing industry, and further integrate into the development of the global instrument industry.

The actual use of foreign capital in high-tech manufacturing was 43.377 billion yuan, up 25.3% over the same period of last year. The manufacturing of electronic and telecommunications equipment, computer and office equipment, medical equipment and instrumentation increased by 36%, 31.7% and 179.6% respectively.
Introducing foreign capital is helpful to introducing foreign advanced technology, helping enterprises break through the technical bottleneck quickly and realize technological innovation and upgrading. For domestic instrument enterprises, they must learn and make use of foreign advanced experience, be good at absorbing all the good things from abroad, and use them for themselves.

At present, China has become the world's second largest instrument manufacturer, instrument manufacturing began to move from low-end to high-end. High-end instrument manufacturing needs long-term technology accumulation and precipitation. Facing the current situation of insufficient development capacity of China's high-end instrument manufacturing, in addition to concentrating resources and increasing investment in technology research and development, it also needs the help of foreign technology and capital, from scratch, from weak to strong, from imitation to innovation. Steadily upgrading the level of high-end instrumentation manufacturing technology in China.

Independence is the absolute principle of development.

Recently, the Central Committee of the Party promulgated the National Innovation-Driven Development Strategic Outline, clearly pointing out the "three-step" goal: to enter the ranks of innovative countries by 2020; to be among the forefront of innovative countries by 2030; to become a world scientific and technological power by the founding of New China 100 years ago.
At present, China's economy has changed from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage, strengthening the key technology is the only way to upgrade the industrial transformation. If China's instrument manufacturing industry wants to be really strong, the rise of the road must rely on their own, only through self-reliance can truly master the core technology.
The "ZTE Incident" has exposed the huge gap between China and the world, and has shown us that the core technology can not come, can not be bought, can not be obtained. Only by grasping the key core technology in their own hands, can we fundamentally safeguard national economic security, national defense security and other security, can we not be "stuck in the neck".
On Aug. 16, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) announced the results of the project evaluation for the National Natural Science Foundation in 2018. Among them, 59 units have been granted major national scientific research instrument projects (free application), the total number of projects is 86, the total amount is 607 million yuan, and focus on supporting the development of original major scientific research instruments and equipment, providing more innovative means and tools for scientific research, in order to comprehensively enhance China's original innovation capacity.
In order to develop and expand China's instrumentation manufacturing industry, we should not only learn from foreign advanced enterprises, but also unswervingly adhere to independent innovation, firm innovation confidence, focus on strengthening independent innovation ability, speed up the breakthrough of key technology, and promote the high-quality development of instrumentation manufacturing industry.
